Hydraulically operated this machine consists of a pair of horizontal fingers that grip the breast skin. The fingers rotate backward clearing the breast skin.
The machine has counterweight and moves freely with the carcass on a runway. Complete with suspensions brackets, control panel and Hydraulic Power Pack.
